(2) Most financial Institutions charge a fee to process the car lease transfer, these fees varies from $0-$650 and is payable directly to the Finance Institution (example: BMW Financial Services) It’s common practice to negotiate with the person transferring the lease as to who pays any fees involved. If the transaction requires logistics solutions to move the car between different states as well an optional third party inspection cost.
